My work travels brought me to Scottsdale last week and it was hot, dry and sunny, which I’ve discovered is the perfect formula for amazing hair days. Dry heat is where it’s at. Packing for a week of work travel can be tricky business, but this dress was effortless and wrinkle-free. I’ve been loving the dresses at Banana Republic this season and snagged this flouncy number about a month ago, but I also need this one and this one.
